Frasers Property, CSC Land and Sekisui House will preview Dunearn House on July 10, with sales bookings placed to commence on July 25. The 380-unit project is the 1st exclusive residential property development to be released inside the new Bukit Timah Turf City precinct.

Dunearn House covers a 145,173 sq ft site, which the consortium obtained in June 2025 via a Government Land Sale tender. The developers provided the top proposal of $491.45 million, or $1,410 psf per plot proportion, beating eight other prospective buyers.
