Frasers Property to redevelop Yishun 10 into mixed-use project with 110 residences, launch set for mid-2027

Last year, Frasers Property consolidated its possession in Yishun 10, purchasing the Golden Town cineplex from Hong Kong movie creation business Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment for $48 million, and the 10 strata lots from FCT for $34.5 million.
