Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Park Avenue Residences is located in St Leonards, a suburban area in Sydney’s North Shore location. The plan by Sydney developer JQZ presents one- to three-bedroom houses, valued at A$ 980,000, A$ 1.53 million and A$ 2.06 million, respectively.

Cavallo is a flat high rise along Clarke Street in Southbank, an inner-city suburban area just south of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit property development offers one- to two-bedroom condos measuring from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

The development is about a six-minute stroll away from the St Leonards train stop, offering citizens public transport connectivity to the CBD. Other nearby amenities consist of Mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Healthcare facility and colleges. Park Avenue Residences is expected to be finished this year.

The 3 property developments give Singapore purchasers a breadth of residential alternatives, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and head of international housing sales at Savills Singapore. “Buyers can consider not only the individual home, but also the type of area and lifestyle that best suits their requirements.”

Cavallo is near to landmarks featuring the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also provides convenient connectivity to tertiary education facilities including the University of Melbourne’s Southbank school, La Trobe University and Victoria University.

Residences at the development consist of one- to three-bedders, along with small workplace, home office (or Soho) apartments. Costs begin with A$ 1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and rise to A$ 1.96 million for a three-bedroom house; a Soho unit costs A$ 1.74 million.

Apartments at 3 new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– will be launched for sale to Singapore purchasers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, claimed Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.

The Kensington is two minutes away walking from Kensington Stop, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail network. The real estate is also nearby major health and universities, covering the University of New South Wales.

Prices start from A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Created by Melbourne-based property developer LAS Group, the project is schedule for finalization in 4Q2028.

On the other hand, The Kensington is located throughout Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use project– a venture by Australian property company TOGA Group– has 142 deluxe houses sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.
